David and his team were really great and accommodating. Super helpful and friendly and did an amazing clean, and David responded to all my messages very quickly. We’re just waiting on the final inspection now, and they are happy to come back if anything more is needed, which is very unlikely. Would recommend highly!

Hired them based on a friend’s recommendation. I asked for a quotation online for a 2-bed apartment bond cleaning and the price is very reasonable. They came and did an initial check on the property first to see if additional fees will be needed, if the property or parts of the property require extra cleaning (too dirty). They will inform you on any additional charges before they start work. I was charged an extra $40 for the bathroom, but that was fine because I knew it was dirty. They did a good job cleaning some of the stuffs that I thought was impossible. They were responsive when I called them to follow-up on some of the tasks that the renting agent pointed out, and they did rectify them, getting my bond returned, fully honouring the 7 days bond return guarantee. Communications via email can be a little slow, so try calling if you need fast response. David is friendly and easy to communicate with.

I would definitely recommend Q1 Bond Cleaning. They were very reasonably priced, with no hidden extra costs. They stayed until 9pm to ensure our place was spotless! We were very happy with their work and would definitely use them again for future moves!
